讓在地人仕彼此交流分享、討論照片。不以專業技巧或攝影機為主導，而是如何從觀看自己作出發，並透過攝影／影像去述說。每次聚會皆會設計主題選擇作品賞析，以及引導個人獨特的影像創作。最後，集結大家的攝影創作對外作正式的展覽發表。

This Image Workshop is an activity for local people discussing and sharing. This is not talking about professional photography skills and camera but it is a start from understand yourself through photography (image). Every meeting will design different theme and select some photography works to appreciate, and guide the individual's unique image creation. Finally, we will gather everybody's photography works and create a exhibition in public.

seeing，是我們每日生活中的觀看行為，SiteLay作為閩南語『西螺』的發音；site的字義為地方、所在地或一特殊場域，lay有放置、陳設或形容外行與世俗的意味。一些人群聚在這裡，他們大部分不是專業創作者的在地人仕，卻願意嘗試與挑戰這樣的影像創作計畫，真誠地透過『影像』來爲熱愛的西螺來發生與發聲，分享他們個人獨有的『看見』。

"seeing" is a viewing behavior in our every day. "SiteLay" is Holopedia to " Xi-luo 's pronunciation. "site" word is defined as the place, location or a particular field, and "lay" means put, furnishing, or describe the layman and secular meaning. Some people clustering here. Most part of local people that they are not professional creator. but they willing to try and challenge this image creation plan. through the image to talk about the story for Xiluo town sincerely, and sharing their Particular "seeing".

作品概述：
作品一共分為三個部分，第一部分將西螺鎮誌(上) (下)、西螺延平老街的日記、探訪西螺大橋的流金歲月 這三本書集結成一冊“ 給濁水溪 ─ 那些西螺人給西螺的故事 ”，並於8 / 28 10：00 前放置於濁水溪河畔周遭供濁水溪翻閱，為期五天，此期間同時會將於濁水溪採訪的濁水溪口述史 ( 於濁水溪錄製的聲音 ) 裝置在東市場柑仔店右側廊道播放，希望藉此使得人們與自然所述說歷史的相異方式產生互動，此為第二部分，第三部分則為 8 / 30 18：30 的小型發表會，邀請當地居民 ( 預計1~3名 ) 講述西螺的口述歷史，以建立民間口述史的連結，並邀請附近居民共襄盛舉。
創作理念：
透過人為轉述與自然轉述的相異方式以及接收訊息者的不同、接收方式的不同，在轉譯上間接所產生了細微的變化，將此三種不同的轉述方式：人為書寫、自然口述、人為口述在同一週間的不同地點同時發生，透過這樣的對比呈現，勾勒出人們對於歷史的看法以及想像。

Description：
This work have three parts.
First part - "give the Chuoshui River" (those Xiluo residents written for Xiluo town.). I gather three books(Xiiluo Town Records (Part One) (Part Two), Diary of Yanping Street Xiiluo town, Visits to the history of Xiluo Bridge, Xiluo river) binding to a big book.
Second part - "Choshui River Oral History" . I put the big book on the Choshui river riverside lasting five days for it reading. I record the sound from the river, then install the speaker in the East market right side corridor and broadcast it. I wish people could interact with this different speak.
Third part - "Xiluo resident's oral history". I invite Xiluo residents talking about the Xiluo town history. Trying to link the local oral history. And invite the residents participate together.
Concept:
Through the Xiluo resident's oral history , Choshui River Oral History , different recipients and different receiving way, it will produce subtle changes in translate. I select the three translated way (human writted, natural Oral, resident's oral) in the same week and different place. 地點：68藝術野營地
說明：這個計劃考慮了包含整個６８野營地的整體運作，我希望這個營地能建立在一種循環與共生的意義之上，因此我收集了在西螺當地回收的各種自然或人造的材料，使它們成為建構營地的不同部份，它們包含了：
１．以樹幹與瓦片組成的大型風鈴
２．以舊板材裝釘的信箱
３．在營地舉辦的多場野炊與表演活動。
這些活動聚集了來自各地不同類型的藝術家共襄盛舉，乃是為了使這塊原本荒無待沽之地重新成為一個連繫西螺與外部世界的另類平台。

Description:
The plan included consideration of the overall operation of the "Camping garden68". I hope that this camp can build on the meaning of a cycle and symbiotic. Therefore, I have collected a variety of recycled or natural or man-made materials in Xiluo town. And make them different parts of the construction here.
It contains the following:
1. Create large windbell by Branches and rubble films.
2. Large size mailbox constituted by recycle wood.
3. Make many fire camp and performances in "Camping garden68". This is an interdisciplinary art event and artist comes from different place. It will be a alternative link space between Xiluo town and outside world.

創作自述：
這個展覽是創作者所視之土地信仰及生活而得的西螺片段,2012年10月來到西螺進行駐地創作,創作期間以72ART(雲林縣西螺鎮延平路72號)為製作基地,將駐地生活轉化成作品打造投射而出, 使用在本地收集的殘片與創作者製造的偽物打造出的殿堂,以不自然有限制的重組成另一種人造自然狀態,以外來者的視角所反思的土地覺感,在是又不是之間,展現一種荒謬的鄉土背景,觀者進入後成為祭儀的懸絲傀儡而完成。
這個展覽上放進了很多宗教、建築殘片、自然素材及現成物,與這整個展場呼應;展現在西螺觀察到巨大的矛盾及反差,他與台灣其他鄉鎮是如此相像但又擁有自己特有的語彙,所以當這個展除了帶來自身的藝術創作與一些不同性質的思維對話外,可以稍為的思考一下,我們需要的究盡是甚麼?

Concept:
this exhibition is about land religion of artist and some slice of Life in Xiluo town. I residency in Xiluo town at Oct. 2012. In my residency period, "72 ART" studio was my create base. I used my art residency living transform to my artworks, and reflect my living. I used locally collected debris, Hypocrisy hall, restructuring a unnatural artworks. It looks like another man-made natural state, and land's perceive of outsider thought. It displayed some kind of absurd local background. Viewers become marionette of rituals when they are come in.
There are many religions, construction debris, natural materials and Ready-mades in the exhibition. It response this space. It display the huge contradiction and contrast that I observed in Xiluo town. It looks like any other town, but still have its own distinct. So, when I carry my concept and artworks for this exhibition, maybe we could take some time to think, what is we really need?
